What is Emsella?
Emsella is a TGA approved, clinically proven and non-invasive therapeutic treatment for pelvic floor strengthening, rehabilitation, for incontinence and intimate health.
Emsella uses breakthrough HIFEM technology which represents a new category of non-invasive treatment for urinary incontinence. Emsella uses HIFEM- High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic technology to deeply stimulate pelvic floor muscles beyond what can be achieved through normal contraction of that area to help restore neuromuscular control.
The Emsella chair delivers approx. 11,000 supra-maximal contractions (Kegels) in just one 30-minute session, far more intense than what can be achieved with traditional Kegel exercises, making it more effective. These contractions are extremely important in muscle re-education of incontinent patients.
